Returns Policy for Testing Kits
Thank you for purchasing from Scientifeq Ltd. We are committed to providing you with high-quality testing kits and accurate results. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our returns policy outlined below.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy to maintain the integrity of the testing process and to comply with health and safety regulations.
2. Non-Refundable Items
• Equisal Tests: Due to the temperature controlled nature of an Equisal Test Kit the only reason a refund can be issued is if the kit arrives in a damaged state. If this is the case then the returns process must be followed below and a replacement kit will be despatched when the faulty one has been received at our premises. There are no refunds available for this product.
• Tests that have been returned for processing: Testing kits that have been returned for processing cannot be refunded once processing has taken place.
3. Returnable Items
• Unopened and Unused Kits: If your testing kit is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Damaged or Defective Kits: If your kit arrives damaged or contains defects, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement kit at no additional charge.
4. Return Process
1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at support@epla.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be processed. Please state whether you require a refund or replacement item.
2. Pack and Ship the Kit: Securely package the unopened and unused kit, including all original materials and documentation. Clearly label the package with the RA number provided.
3. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
4. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds or replacements will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days after the return is processed.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
• Exchanges: If you request an exchange for a different product, we will process the exchange after receiving the returned item.
6. Lost or Missing Items
